Refund Policy

At Tufluent, we strive to provide a smooth and fair experience for both students and teachers. Please review our refund policy below.

Refunds for Live Lessons

  • Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase unless the lesson has already been given.
  • If the lesson has been completed within the 24-hour period, a refund cannot be issued.
  • If a student is unable to coordinate with the teacher and the lesson was never given, they may contact us at admin@tufluent.com to request a refund outside of the 24-hour window.

Refunds for Courses

  • Refunds for pre-recorded courses are available within 30 days of purchase. A partial refund may be issued if the course has been partially completed.

Refunds for Subscriptions

  • No refunds will be issued for subscriptions.
  • Users will continue to have access to their subscribed content until the end of their current billing period.
  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time to prevent future charges.
